DB Legal Consultants is a boutique corporate and commercial law firm founded in 2022. The Firm works with companies, promoters, founders, investors, management teams and overseas counsel on Indian law matters arising across the business lifecycle - from establishing an Indian presence and making an investment to operating, contracting, acquiring, reorganising and exiting a business.

The Firm is led by Sourav De Biswas, a corporate lawyer practising since 2005. Before establishing DB Legal, Sourav spent more than fourteen years with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, including seven years as a partner in the General Corporate practice. He has also held senior in-house legal roles with large Indian and multinational businesses.
